Sean Caldwell demonstrated deep team knowledge and a clear plan to develop existing potentials in structure, playing style, and philosophy from the start. This approach convinced the decision-makers.

Reinforced Coaching Staff – Analytics Focus
With Sean Caldwell’s arrival, the coaching team expands strategically: Cyril Salomez joins as co-coach for analytics.
Cyril strengthens the staff in match and training analysis, structured performance data evaluation, and analytical support for game preparation. This underscores BSK 1933’s commitment to modern, data-driven, and structured development work.
