BSK 1933 Extends Contract with Head Coach Thomas Schnöll

The Bischofshofner Sportklub is delighted to announce that Head Coach Thomas Schnöll has extended his contract for another two years. This continuation of their successful partnership reflects mutual trust, shared development, and a clear strategic direction.

Under the leadership of Thomas Schnöll, BSK has made a clear statement in the market with its playing culture, establishing a distinctive identity. The vision of a young, ambitious head coach is complemented by a learning and growing organization, which together has developed an exceptional portfolio for both experienced and young, talented players.

Patrick Reiter, CEO of Polysport GmbH, adds:

“BSK offers young, ambitious footballers a structure where they can individually understand and experience what it means to work professionally in line with their personal goals. We believe that football is more than just the results on the weekend. While we are also results-oriented, we pursue a path where players learn to take ownership of their development: physically, in their personality, and in their footballing quality. At BSK, it’s about working harder, more consistently, and more consciously on one’s vision 24 hours a day, seven days a week than anyone else. Thomas Schnöll is a strong, stable symbol of this approach – for continuity and development on all levels. We would like to thank Thomas for considering the financially challenging times many clubs are facing in his contract negotiations. With this decision, we are also making a bold statement and demonstrating that BSK remains an attractive place for players who want to make the final leap to the top.”

Head Coach Thomas Schnöll on the contract extension:

“I feel very comfortable at the club with the team, and it was a conscious decision to continue the successful path we’ve embarked on. We are a team of doers, and I see enormous development potential in our daily work. I am confident that we, as BSK, will continue to develop strongly and consistently upwards – and that with the way we’re growing, we will surprise many in the years to come.”
